There's something extra in my package!

When supplies allow it, I like to add freebies to the packages! It is yours to keep.

 

International Shipping

UK customers can shop through my Etsy! This is because Etsy helps deal with VAT

 

When will my order be shipped?

I try to ship out orders as soon as possible, but it can take up to a week before an order is shipped.

 

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be provided for orders that have arrived damaged (a picture of the damage will need to be provided). For single item orders or orders where every item is damaged, shipping will be refunded, otherwise only the value of the item will be refunded.

 

What do I do if I never received my package?

I am not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit, once I have handed off the package to the carrier it is out of my hands. I would recommend contacting the carrier and reporting it to them.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, no refunds will be given and you will have to reorder if you still want your items.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please read the item descriptions carefully and contact me if you have any questions before placing an order!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
